THE MELVINS open with DOG ISLAND from NUDE WITH BOOTS on their FL leg of their tour with UNSANE. I didn’t take many videos as most of my Flip Cam memory was preoccupied with the entire UNSANE set, which I will post once uploaded. The most noteworthy songs that they played for were Hung Bunny, Roman Dog Bird, History of Bad Men, The Bit, and Youth of America (Wipers). The rest of their set including this song consisted mainly of more recently released tracks as well as some new touring demo songs.

Last but not least, I did not mean to exclude this set I recorded prior to those that I recently posted so allow me to give it the attention it deserves. LOW LEVEL LAZER RADIATION (LLLR) performs a 25 minute piece (I believe two distinct tracks are played) that craftily transition and krautily (can I get away with this?) layer synthy hypnotic tones while exposing the lofty drone of the astral plane. You should listen to this in it’s entirety. Put on some headphones and zonk out or open it as a new tab to listen to it while you read your favorite online news publication in search for updates on the latest in the world today.
